You are cordially invited to our Annual General Meeting to be held at Balmoral Centre, Salisbury Avenue, Westcliff SS0 7AU on Wednesday 19 February 2025 at 2.00pm. The AGM agenda is detailed below.

A Membership Renewal Form for 2025/6 is enclosed for you to complete and bring along with a cheque or cash payable to Southend Pensioner’s Campaign for £12 in payment for a year’s membership.

Copies of the Chairman’s Annual Report, Treasurer’s Report, Secretary’s Report, Lottery Report and Minutes of the AGM held in 2024 will be available at the AGM.

I urge you to attend and have your say. Don’t forget this is your opportunity to meet people who look after YOUR Pensioners campaigning group. If you have any queries about the meeting or would like to join the Committee, please call the Hon.
